Service Description: Offers free, on-call delivery of unused needles, condoms, and harm reduction supplies (alcohol swabs, sterile water, cookers, ascorbic acid, filters, sharps containers, overdose prevention kits) to people who use injection drugs. Used needles are collected, and staff offer confidential support, education, and referrals to clients for services including addictions support, detox, health care, and shelter.

A collaborative program with The AIDS Network, Wesley Urban Ministries, and a coalition of community-based agencies.
