Service Description: A community-based volunteer organization that raises funds for research and health promotion.

Fund raising programs include: Pedal 100; Curl for Heart; February's Heart Month door-to-door Canvassing; June's Stroke Month Canvassing; Jump Rope for Heart for school aged children, Big Bike and Memorial donations as well as Create Your Own Fundrdaisers.

Heart & Stroke offers a variety of health educational resources. These resources are available by visiting the website at . The website features a wealth of healthy living and disease risk information, in addition to research news, employment and volunteer opportunities, events registration and general information on the Foundation and its work. Visitors can also subscribe to the monthly e-newsletter, Heart and Stroke Healthline, which features all aspects of healthy living, including recipes and interactive health tools. Will not provide financial assistance.
