Service Description: Supports and promotes the continuing recovery and community integration of Burlington area stroke survivors and their families and increasing public knowledge about stroke and stroke survivors.

Various chapter programs for stroke survivors, caregivers and families
  • monthly meetings
  • summer picnic in mid-July
  • seasonal events throughout the year

Fees: Membership - sliding scale based on ability to pay * Donation - tax deductible, receipt issued by March of Dimes

Eligibility - Population(s) Served: No restrictions; individuals and family members do not have to have had a stroke to participate.
