Service Description:
|
Medical care team focused on family and community health * coordinates patient care in order to assess and treat injuries or illness * team includes family doctors, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and dietitians
After Hours Clinic - Clinic available to patients of the family health team who need to be seen the same day
Social Work - Social Workers assist clients in dealing with life and mental health challenges by delivering counselling, community services, and social support programs
Respiratory Services - A Registered Nurse on staff will conduct and interpret spirometry testing to diagnose breathing problems such as asthma, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) and other conditions
