Anyone whose work is related to the practice of psychotherapy, who is not already registered with another college * anyone using the title "psychotherapist" (or any abbreviation thereof) * anyone "holding her/himself out" as qualified to practice psychotherapy in Ontario * anyone performing the controlled act of psychotherapy
