Service Description: Non-medical assistance for older adults to manage the activities of daily living in their own homes * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
  • bathing, dressing, grooming
  • medication monitoring
  • laundry
  • light housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • mobility assistance
  • security checks
  • shopping and grocery assistance

Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 60 years and older who live in Bonnie Place I or Bonnie Place II, or in designated neighbourhood area * must be medically stable * must demonstrate a need for daily access to personal support services * must be able to direct their own care or have a substitute decision-maker or live-in caregiver to direct care
