Hospital-based outpatient clinic for adults who have swallowing difficulties * goal is to identify cause of swallowing problem and restore swallowing function to a level as normal as possible to improve patient's quality of life and nutrition * services provided by an internist, gastroenterologist, and speech language pathologist
