Provides supportive housing and skills development to help people who use mental health services live independently in the community
Bay Street Residence - Rent-geared-to-income supportive housing * a cooperative model for individuals who do not require 24-hour support
Hess Street Residence - Rent-geared-to income supportive housing * minimal support
Community Support - Skills development support is provided for individuals with serious mental illness who live independently in the community

People 16 years and older with serious mental illness who do not require 24-hour support * must have a clinical support system * people with a history of drug or alcohol use must be involved in a recognized treatment program * must reside in the City of Hamilton
