Provides funding to adults with a developmental disability to live more independently and be involved in their community * clients can use funding for community participation supports, activities of daily living, person-directed planning, and caregiver respite

Eligibility / Target Population:

Adults 18 years and older with a developmental disability * youth 16 and 17 years who are still in school can apply for funding but are not eligible to receive funding until they turn 18
