Service Description: Offers adults with a dual diagnosis (developmental disability with a co-existing mental health issue) and their families assessment, treatment, and support * links community partners through collaboration, research, evaluation, knowledge transfer, and training

Eligibility / Target Population: People aged 18 years and older with developmental disabilities who have high support needs and who need specialized help to plan for, and to get connected to services and supports
