"About Us"
The Southern Network of Specialized Care (SNSC) is part of a provincial collaboration of the Community Networks of Specialized Care (CNSC). They provide a way of linking specialized services and professionals to develop complex support plans for adults who have developmental disabilities with high support and complex needs.
