Connects newcomers with the range of services needed for immigrant youths, adults and their families to settle in Canada * provides support on health care, education, and language * helps to facilitate newcomers' integration into the local education system and community through the Settlement Workers in Schools (SWIS) * provides English Language learning resources through the Coordinated Language Assessment and Referral System (CLARS)
