Service Description: Supports for people to find and maintain housing
  • identify and work closely with those at risk of homelessness due to eviction or housing loss 
  • short-term housing case management 
  • referrals to legal support, income supports and other programs 
  • support solutions to tenancy issues 
  • engage with landlords and help mediate 
  • rapid rehousing for those who’ve lost housing 
  • help finding safe alternatives to shelter 
  • ID Clinic for vulnerable people without a permanent address 
  • assistance with Ontario Electricity Support Program applications and renewals 
  • trusteeship for youth on Ontario Works and/or youth aging out of care and who are at risk of homelessness
  • voluntary, short-term trusteeship with case management for adults at risk of homelessness to support housing goals and financial stability
