Supports for older adults, and adults with disabilities * helps people remain independent in their own homes for as long as possible * referral to other community services
Caregiver Support - One-on-one and group support, as well as counselling for caregivers and families
Friendly Visiting - Regular volunteer visits to older adults and people with disabilities who live alone, to provide companionship
Medical Transportation Services - Non-emergency transportation to local and long-distance medical appointments
