Service Description: Non-medical assistance for older adults to manage the activities of daily living in their own homes * services are provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis

  • medication monitoring

  • light housekeeping
  • meal preparation
  • mobility assistance
  • security checks
  • shopping and grocery assistance

Eligibility / Target Population: Older adults who need personal care assistance for the activities of daily living, and are able to direct and participate in own care * must be a resident of 4900 Buckley Ave
