Service Description:

Manages affordable renting units for people with serious mental illness who are experiencing homelessness
Supports include:
- access to rent supplement to obtain suitable housing
- individual and group teaching of skills related to activities of daily living
- connections to community services and resources
- consultation and clinical support services
- access to mental health nurses
- development of crisis plans to identify personal coping strategies

People with serious mental illness who are homeless or have a history of homelessness * must be able to live independently and wish to work toward recovery
