Service Description:

Hospital-based outpatient program for adults who have chronic pain * services provided by pain physicians, psychologist, kinesiologist, and registered nurses * treatment may include:
- pain surgical procedures
- epidural guided ultrasounds
- radio frequency interventions
- nerve block injections
- group exercise and education
Maintenance level of rehabilitative care for patients working to prevent functional decline/injury or maintain functional performance
