Hospital inpatient program providing acute and rehabilitative care for people who have had a stroke * health team may consist of dietitian services, nursing, occupational therapy, personal support, pharmacist, physician care, physiotherapy, social work, and speech-language pathology * services include:- individualized tests, assessments and treatments
