Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program providing exercises, physical therapy, and pain management to help patients regain mobility, strength, and function for people who have had hip or knee joint replacement surgery * virtual visits may be arranged- individualized assessment and treatment

Joseph Brant Hospital patients are scheduled for initial physiotherapy assessment appointment prior to discharge from hospital after surgery * people who have had their surgery at another hospital must call clinic to initiate referral

People who have had a primary unilateral total joint replacement (hip or knee)
