Service Description: Assessment and counselling for people who have concurrent disorders (mental illness and a substance use problem) * services include:
  • free in-person, phone or virtual services
  • assessment and support planning
  • individual and group supports
  • referrals to day and bed-based treatment and continuing care services

Meetings: Counselling services available at two locations: 
  • 225 Fairview Dr, Unit 1, Brantford
  • 133 Elgin St, Brantford

Counselling services can be accessed by calling and booking a same day intake and assessment appointment starting at 8:30am * appointments are primarily at the Fairview location * virtual intakes/assessments available upon request
