Service Description:

Supports for women who have left, or planning to leave, an abusive relationship * focuses on helping women transition to independent living * services include:
- creation of transition plan to become free of abuse
- court support
- accompaniment to appointments
- development of safety plan
- help with completing applications and documentation
- resource and referral information
