Service Description: Six-bed planned respite program for children with special needs * availability includes weekend respite and full week day support in July and August

Fees: $100 for full weekend * $50 for day support * $50/day for summer camp
Application: Call Contact Niagara at 905-684-3407 to make a referral
Eligibility / Target Population: Children 5 to 17.5 years who have a disability * must live in Fort Erie, Niagara Falls, Pelham, Port Colbone, Welland, or Thorold * must not be using other respite
