Service Description: Short-term alternative to hospitalization for people with a mental illness who are experiencing a crisis
  • case management
  • counselling
  • housing search
  • medication stabilization
  • referrals to other services
  • relapse prevention planning

Application: Call * accepts referrals from physicians and social service and mental health agencies
Eligibility / Target Population: People 16 years and older experiencing a mental health crisis, who do not require inpatient admission * must be in stable physical health and able to take care of own basic physical and personal needs * must be able to administer own medications
