Service Description: Provides a diversion option for youth who have committed certain offenses and provides an alternative to formal charges or court proceedings * through the facilitation of a restorative justice circle, youth, their guardian, the victim and trained volunteers come together to discuss harm done and create a mutually agreed upon response to the offense

Application: Eligible youth will be referred directly by the police or court system
Eligibility / Target Population: Youth 12-17 years, at the time of the offence, accepts responsibility for the charge, and be willing to participate in community based sanctions
