Overnight respite program offered to families of developmentally disabled adults or children
In-Home Respite - Respite workers visit the home and provide relief for a period of time
Host Family Respite - An individual may visit the home of a host family provider for the requested period of time

Eligibility / Target Population:

Children, youth, and adults who have a verified diagnosis of a development disability, lives in a family home, and is a full-time resident of Haldimand or Norfolk
