From Stress to Strength - Three-part education series designed for family caregivers or friend who is caring for a senior or adult with a long-term illness or disability * caregivers gain information about handling stressful situations in care-giving, tackling emotions such as guilt and anger, and linking with community resources * series is scheduled at different times and locations throughout the area
