Service Description: Non-medical personal support services for older adults to remain safe and independent in their own home * services provided on a scheduled and "on-call" basis
  • bathing, dressing, grooming
  • medication monitoring

  • shopping and grocery assistance
  • falls prevention

  • accompaniment to medical appointments
