Programs include:
  • Life skills and cooking workshops
  • Backpack program
Food bank - offers food to individuals and families in need * intake appointments are drop-in only * proof of income, proof of address, and valid government issued identification required (no health cards or SIN cards) * registration form available online

Anger and conflict management program for adults - an 8-week program to help individuals manage excessive anger and make better choices * for adults 18 years and above * cost is $120

Red cap anger management program - for youths aged 8-12 years and run in schools during lunch period * not faith-based

Income Tax Clinic - provides tax return services all year round and income tax in March and April * come with required documents for filing tax return
