Service Description: Provides support for people living with brain injury and their loved ones through support, community activities, advocacy, and information

Community-based support and rehabilitation services to adults living with the effects of an acquired brain injury

Services include:
  • support groups
  • peer support mentor programs
  • BIAN Clubhouse programs
  • YMCA membership
  • horticultural therapy
  • advocacy education and awareness

Adult Day Program - Social, recreational, and therapeutic activities, for people with acquired brain injury, in a group setting for part of the day * helps to support family caregivers who provide day-to-day care

Assisted Living Services - Assisted living supports for people living in their own homes up to 24 hours per day

Life Skills Training - Basic skills training for the activities of daily living

Vocational Supports - Placement, sheltered workshops and employment, small business supports, employment skills training, and supported community employment

Fees: Annual membership: $30 per person
Peer member support program: no additional cost
Clubhouse membership: $30
YMCA membership: $30
Application: Call * pre-admission assessment required
