Join us as we celebrate the Alzheimer Society Niagara Region’s receipt of an Ontario Trillium Foundation Grant to support the Long-Term Care Transitional Support Service. This service is designed to support family care partners in their adjustment through individual counselling and support groups. MPP Jennie Stevens will join us for the recognition of this grant, followed by our public forum with guest speaker Dion McParland.
