Burns - Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant

An injury caused by heat, electricity, chemicals, light, radiation or friction. First degree burns, such as sunburn, affect only the skin. Second degree burns affect the top layer of tissue beneath the skin. Third degree burns affect the entire tissue. Fourth degree burns affect the underlying muscle and bone.
