Upon completion of interRAI Home Care Assessment, Client Assessment Protocols (CAPs) are triggered. The CAPs are intended to assist with focusing care planning around key issues identified during the assessment process.
This CAP focuses on people with a feeding tube, addressing issues related to the use of a feeding tube and its possible removal.
