Service Description: High-intensity hospital inpatient stroke rehabilitation program * Assistive Devices Program (ADP) authorized therapists available to make application for government funding for mobility equipment

Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Medically stable adults who have had a stroke or stroke-like disease * must consent to rehabilitation and are willing to participate * must be able to learn and carry over knowledge * must be able to tolerate at least 90 minutes of therapy per day * must be medically stable * must have realistic and achievable functional goals
