Service Description: Hospital-based outpatient rehabilitation program for adults with a spinal cord injury * treatment include a warm water hydrotherapy pool * services provided by physiotherapists, occupational therapists, physiotherapy assistants, occupational therapy assistants, social work, and therapeutic recreation

Progression level of rehabilitative care for patients working to optimize or maximize function

Application: Medical referral required
Eligibility / Target Population: Adults 18 years and older with spinal cord dysfunction resulting in neurological deficits following traumatic injury, surgical interventions and/or medical conditions affecting the spinal cord and complex generalized acute conditions affecting multiple limbs and functional abilities
