Service Description:
|
In-home occupational therapy service provider for individuals with physical, mental, learning and/or developmental disabilities * provides rehabilitation services and assesses individuals for most assistive devices such as bathroom equipment, wheelchairs, walkers, scooters and paediatric standing frames for children, adults and seniors
Provides referrals to Assistive Devices Program Authorizers
Access a variety of funding sources or agencies to assist clients in obtaining the equipment that they need should they not be able to pay for items privately
Programs include:
