Service Description: Program focus on the reduction of urban Indigenous people becoming or dealing with homelessness and identify strategies to coordinate a plan of care for individual and services required * program implements a poster board of resources in the area for food, transportation, clothes, housing, tenant advocacy, utilities, rent arrears, relocation, eviction, tribunals, education, and intervention
