Service Description: Supports for people with Alzheimer's disease and other dementias, and their caregivers

Seminars, workshops and training sessions * one-on-one care plan consultations with health professionals * advanced care planning for future health care needs

First Link - Networking for people affected by Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, to a community of learning, services and support * one-on-one counselling * caregiver support groups * referral to community resources by phone, drop in, or home visit * First Link Learning Series offered regularly in various locations

Education Programs and Resources - Education, awareness programs,  and resources for the general public and health care providers on Alzheimer's disease

Support Groups and Programs - Support groups and programs for people with dementia, and their family members and friends

Learning Ropes - Program for people with mild cognitive impairment
