10 - Behaviour - Hamilton Niagara Haldimand Brant

This CAP focuses on reversing the daily display of troubling behaviours: wandering, verbal abuse, physical abuse, socially inappropriate or disruptive behaviour, inappropriate public sexual behaviour or public disrobing, and resisting care. The immediate goal of care is to reduce the frequency of these behaviours to less than daily occurrences and eventually eliminate them. For people who are showing these behaviours less than daily, the immediate goal of care is to stop the behaviours from increasing in frequency and then eliminate them.
