Service Description:

Support, orientation and temporary accommodation for Government Assisted Refugees for the first 4-6 weeks of arrival * resettlement includes includes an initial stay in temporary housing and support with documentation, welcome and orientation to life in Canada, including healthcare and education * services include:- securing temporary accommodations
- securing first home in Canada and assistance with moving preparations
- information about life in Canada (healthcare, government and community services, housing, public transportation, Canadian laws and norms)
- assistance with banking and budgeting
- support with learning about shoipping
- assistance with accessing healthcare
