"About Us"
Up With Women/Exponenti’elles (UWW/EXP) is a national charity that supports women and people of diverse gender identities in achieving sustainable poverty alleviation and realizing their full potential. Through a structured, trauma-informed coaching program delivered by trained volunteer coaches, clients work one-on-one with a dedicated coach for up to 11 months to develop and achieve their professional and personal goals. Workshops are offered on a variety of relevant topics to support skill development and build participants’ confidence. Additionally, through our partnership with GreenShield Cares, all clients receive 5 hours of free individual therapy per year with a licensed mental health professional.
